Rōvn Worker ("Rōvn", "we", "us") is operated by Rōvn, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Rōvn Worker is a worker-owned credential passport: a place for a healthcare professional to gather their own license, certification, immunization, and work-history records, have a license checked against a primary source, and choose when to share a verified record with a facility.
By creating an account or using Rōvn, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Rōvn.
Rōvn helps you organize and prove your own credentials. It does not replace, and is not a substitute for, a facility's credentialing or privileging process, a state board or regulator's licensure decision, a background screen, or any hiring or employment decision. Those decisions are always made by the facility, board, or employer, never by Rōvn.
A "verified" credential on Rōvn reflects that a primary source returned a matching record at a specific point in time. It is evidence, not a guarantee of current good standing, employability, or fitness for any role. AI helps read and organize your documents; source systems prove the facts; humans make every credentialing, hiring, and clinical decision.
You own your credentials and documents. By uploading them, you grant Rōvn a limited license to store, process, and display them solely to provide the service to you, for example, to extract fields with AI, run a source verification you request, and render a passport you choose to share.
You control sharing. A facility or other recipient can only see what you choose to include in a share link or passport you send, and you can revoke a share at any time. Rōvn does not sell your data and is not a staffing agency, employer, or placement service. We never charge placement, commission, success, or finder fees.
License verification (for example, against Nursys / NCSBN) runs only when you request it and only after you consent to the limited use of identifiers needed to match your record (such as the last four digits of your SSN and your date of birth). Those identifiers are encrypted, used only to perform the match, and never shown back to you or shared for any other purpose.
If a primary source does not return an exact match, or returns an expired, encumbered, or ambiguous record, Rōvn will not mark the credential "verified". It routes to honest, source-backed states (for example, "self-provided" or "needs review"). We never claim a verification that did not happen.
Rōvn is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Rōvn does not provide legal, employment, licensure, or clinical advice, and does not guarantee employment, licensure, credentialing, or any outcome. You are responsible for confirming your own credentials and standing with the issuing authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rōvn, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Rōvn. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD $100.
You may stop using Rōvn and request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting privacy@rovn.to. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Certain records (such as the append-only audit log of verification events) are retained as required for integrity and legal compliance, without the underlying sensitive identifiers.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new version and effective date, and your continued use after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: privacy@rovn.to.
